How to treat cholinergic urticaria

Cholinergic urticaria is characterized by multiple temporary papules and wheals with a diameter of 2~3 mm. There are often obvious redness around the rash. It occurs after heat stimulation such as sports, hot water and emotional agitation. In terms of treatment, allergens should be prevented, such as prevention of exercise, contact with hot water, and emotional agitation. Antiallergic treatment and symptomatic treatment should be given. Antiallergic drugs include cetirizine, ketotifen, atropine, and probensin (bromopropylamine).
