Treatment of onychomycosis

onychomycosis patients need to go to the hospital in time for fungal microscopy, fungal culture, histopathology and molecular biology testing. If it is caused by dermatophyte infection, it must be treated with external antibiotics, which can also be used alone or in combination with oral drugs. For non-hospitalized patients, it is normal to cause nail lesions caused by dermatophyte invasion. For severe patients, it can be treated by laser and nail pulling.
