How to treat papules urticaria

Papular urticaria is a common allergic skin disease, mainly related to allergies after insect bites. Generally, it occurs more frequently in spring, summer and autumn, and it is good for children and adolescents. It generally occurs on the deep side of the trunk and limbs. It is manifested as paralysis, erythema, papules, blisters, etc. With obvious itching, papular urticaria can be treated with oral antihistamines, such as cetirizine, chlorpheniramine, etc. Topical medications include calamine lotion or glucocorticoid ointment. If blisters are eroding, apply boric acid solution wet compress. Also pay attention to personal and environmental hygiene to prevent mosquito bites again.
