What is a small lump on nipples?

Small lumps in the nipples may be Montessori nodules, which are normal physiological phenomena. They may also be caused by granular papilloma and should be admitted to the hospital for breast examination. If there is no growth of granular papilloma, no treatment is required. Regular hospital examination is enough.
