How do you know it's cancer pain?

Committed to your health journey.
It can be judged whether the pain caused by cancer is caused by medical examination such as laboratory examination, imaging examination and pathological examination.
1. Laboratory examination
For patients with abdominal pain, it can be judged whether the pain is related to cancer by detecting tumor markers such as alpha-fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen and CA125. For patients with limb pain, it is necessary to focus on examination of glycoproteins, immunoglobulin and other indicators.
2. Imaging examination
Because there is no specificity in tumor marker examination, it is necessary to perform imaging examination on the pain site to observe whether there are space-occupying lesions in local tissues.
3. Pathological examination
For patients with abnormal imaging results, pathological examination can be further selected to observe the differences between cell morphology, structure and surrounding tissues under microscope, and whether the pain caused by cancer can be directly diagnosed.
