How to treat skin cysts

Passionate about making a difference.
Skin cysts can be treated with oral medication under the guidance of a doctor. If there are milletons in the plaque, oral minocycline can be used. If there are many lesions, oral isotretinoin can be used. If there is bacterial infection, oral antibiotics can be used. Topical application of tretinoin can also reduce the number of milletons and remove the lesions. If the cyst has inflammatory lesions, glucocorticoids such as triamcinolone acetonide can also be injected into the lesions to accelerate the regression of inflammation. A skin cyst is a cystic structure formed under the dermis or skin. Most are caused by genetic or congenital abnormalities or traumatic factors. If the patient has no symptoms, no special treatment is usually required.
