Does allergic dermatitis heal itself?

Allergic dermatitis may resolve spontaneously if it is not too severe. Allergic dermatitis is generally referred to as contact dermatitis. Contact dermatitis is an inflammatory reaction that occurs after single or repeated contact with exogenous substances on the skin or mucous membranes. The clinical manifestations are erythema, swelling, pimples, blisters and even bullae. In cases of contact dermatitis, the primary treatment is to find out the cause of allergy, prevent re-exposure to the substance, and treat the symptoms already present, such as oral antihistamines, extensive areas, erosions and exudates, and glucocorticoids.
