Breast near the nipple has a hard mass, may be breast hyperplasia, breast fibroadenoma, mastitis, breast cancer and other causes.

1. Breast hyperplasia

This is a common benign disease of the breast, may lead to breast hard mass, often accompanied by breast pain, especially before menstruation is more obvious.

2. Breast fibroadenoma

is mostly a single, well-defined round or oval mass with smooth surface and good activity. It is caused by hyperplasia of breast fiber tissue and glandular epithelium, and generally grows slowly.
