Mild obstructive ventilation dysfunction refers to the narrowing of the patient's respiratory tract, resulting in limited airflow. The patient does not get enough oxygen at one breath, and will improve the symptoms by increasing the number of breaths. It is more common in patients with atelectasis, emphysema, and pulmonary fibrosis.
