Atrophic gastric erosion is cancerous?

Atrophic gastric erosion, also known as atrophic gastritis or erosive gastritis, if gastroscopy abnormal, after pathological diagnosis by tissue biopsy, can be considered as a precancerous lesion, and polyps, ulcers, intestinal metaplasia equivalent to the pathological type of precancerous lesions. It is suggested that patients should go to the hospital for reexamination regularly. According to the severity of the disease, they should be reexamined every 3-12 months, and comprehensive examinations such as gastroscopy, CT, magnetic resonance, blood routine examination and tumor markers should be carried out to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
