How to treat hypercalcemia nephropathy

Guiding you with care, every step of the way.
Hypercalcemia nephropathy is a
disease caused by hypercalcemia. In the treatment of hypercalcemia nephropathy, the cause of hypercalcemia is actively removed, such as drug treatment for parathyroid granulomatous endocrine diseases, surgical treatment of malignant tumors, and discontinuation of related drugs. Surgical treatment is mostly for the cause of treatment, such as parathyroid adenoma resection.
Secondly, symptomatic treatment is needed on the basis of etiological treatment, including increasing urinary calcium excretion (isotonic saline loop diuretics) to inhibit bone reabsorption (calcitonin diphosphate) to reduce intestinal calcium absorption (glucocorticoid oral phosphorus) to delay the progression of the disease and actively protect renal function. If the patient has severe renal insufficiency or even renal failure, dialysis treatment should be considered if necessary.
