Liver cancer B super see it?

Liver cancer screening is mainly through B-ultrasound examination and tumor index alpha-fetoprotein screening. Liver cancer B-ultrasound mainly manifested as a hypoechoic solid mass of the liver, the boundary is not clear, irregular shape, if the mass is relatively large, internal liquefaction necrosis can be seen. But B-ultrasound examination is not able to diagnose liver cancer. B-ultrasound suspected liver cancer, need liver enhanced CT and tumor index alpha-fetoprotein further clear. The diagnosis of liver cancer needs to be confirmed by biopsy. Liver cancer needs to look at the staging, early liver cancer to surgery, advanced liver cancer is mainly interventional embolization and targeted drug therapy. Liver cancer is highly malignant, treatment effect is relatively poor.
