What cancer right shoulder right arm pain

Passionate about making a difference.
There are several types of cancer that may cause pain in the right shoulder or arm: 1. There may be malignant tumors involving the nervous system, such as neuroblastoma. The mechanism of the lesion is to stimulate the nerve roots associated with the right cervical spine, which in turn causes pain in the right shoulder or other parts of the upper limb. 2. There may be some related tumors involving the cervical spine. Whether it is a bone tumor involving the cervical spine or some lesions involving the interior of the spinal canal, it may cause corresponding compression and stimulation of the cervical spinal cord or nerve root inside the cervical spinal canal, and then produce a series of pain symptoms in the right shoulder or right upper limb. 3. There may be some motor system-related tumors in the right upper limb, such as osteoblastoma and giant cell tumor of bone, which often cause obvious pain below the right shoulder. In addition, some soft tissue-related tumors, such as synovial sarcoma, may also produce similar symptoms.
