Can a cold cause diarrhea?

Wind-heat cold generally does not cause diarrhea.

Wind-heat cold is mostly caused by wind-heat evil invading the body, causing disharmony of the defensive surface, resulting in loss of lung qi and loss of purification of the lungs.
