Anal extroversion during defecation is considered to be a phenomenon caused by prolapse of internal hemorrhoids or prolapse of rectal mucosa. Internal hemorrhoids is a type of hemorrhoids. It refers to the occurrence of varicose vein masses above the dental line of the anus, covered with mucous membrane, often with blood in the stool, prolapse of hemorrhoids, constipation, etc. Hemorrhoid diseases are the main manifestations.
