How to do anal eversion after defecation

Anal extroversion during defecation is considered to be a phenomenon caused by prolapse of internal hemorrhoids or prolapse of rectal mucosa. Internal hemorrhoids is a type of hemorrhoids. It refers to the occurrence of varicose vein masses above the dental line of the anus, covered with mucous membrane, often with blood in the stool, prolapse of hemorrhoids, constipation, etc. Hemorrhoid diseases are the main manifestations.

Simple internal hemorrhoids are not accompanied by pain. Generally, when a patient defecates, the hemorrhoids may prolapse. In mild cases, they can be replaced by themselves after defecation. In severe cases, they need to hold the hemorrhoids in the anus with their hands. There may even be incarceration, causing severe pain.

Most of them are caused by habitual constipation. In severe cases, surgery is required.
