Microinvasive adenocarcinoma can recur?

The risk of recurrence of microinvasive adenocarcinoma is much smaller than that of invasive adenocarcinoma. Microinvasive adenocarcinoma is an intermediate state between carcinoma in situ and invasive adenocarcinoma. It is more serious than carcinoma in situ and better than invasive adenocarcinoma. Therefore, the risk of recurrence is relatively low. If the combined tumor is relatively small and staged earlier, it can be completely eradicated by surgery.
