Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a malignant tumor. The main symptoms are epistaxis, bloody nose, severe dizziness, headache, poor nasal ventilation. Epistaxis can cause anemia. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma can show cervical lymph node metastasis, brain metastasis and bone destruction. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is mainly diagnosed by biopsy under nasal endoscope. For the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, radiotherapy is mainly adopted. For the case of metastasis, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are required. Residual lesions after radiotherapy may be resected surgically if necessary.
