Stage IV cancer

Stage 4 cancer is classified according to the TNM stage of the patient. T is the size of the tumor and the extent of local invasion. N is the lymph node metastasis. M is distant metastasis. According to TNM, stage 1 is relatively early, stage 2 is relatively middle, and stage 4 patients generally show distant metastasis. Therefore, the earlier the tumor is detected, the better the prognosis.
