Pelvic cancer is a common cause of cancer.

Pelvic cancer refers to malignant tumors of the pelvis, mainly ovarian cancer, but also includes primary peritoneal cancer, peritoneal malignant mesothelioma and other types. Ovarian cancer is hidden, often without any clinical symptoms in the early stage, and is accidentally discovered by B-ultrasound. Advanced cancer sometimes has gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal distension and other non-specific manifestations when accompanied by ascites, sometimes abdominal pain, and sometimes irregular vaginal bleeding. Ovarian cancer B ultrasound generally shows cystic solid masses or solid masses in the adnexal region, sometimes with elevated tumor markers CA125, CA199 or CEA. Pelvic malignant tumors also include primary peritoneal cancer, peritoneal mesothelioma and other forms. These malignant tumors are primarily located in the peritoneum. Ovarian disease is often not obvious, generally showing a large amount of ascites with multiple abdominal nodules.
