Oral ulcer infection

Healing with compassion, caring with dedication.
Oral ulcers are generally not contagious. There are
many causes of oral ulcers, such as local trauma, mental stress, food or drug stimulation, malnutrition, and changes in hormone levels. These factors are usually caused by the individual's own problems, rather than infectious factors.
Most oral ulcers are caused by autoimmune disorders, changes in the oral environment, etc., and are not infectious. For example, when the autoimmune system is abnormal, it may cause oral mucosa to be easily damaged and ulcers occur. In
addition, although some viral infections may cause oral ulcers, such as herpes simplex virus infection, this situation does not necessarily mean that it will be transmitted to others. Because even if infected with the same virus, everyone's immune system response is different, not necessarily oral ulcers will occur.
