Lung cancer metastasis to lymph nodes is a few stages

Lung cancer is staged according to where it has metastasized to lymph nodes. If it has metastasized to ipsilateral peribronchial lymph nodes, it is stage 2; if it has metastasized to ipsilateral subcarina lymph nodes, it is stage 3a; if it has metastasized to contralateral scalene lymph nodes, it is stage 3b.
