For ordinary gastroscopy, the patient is awake throughout the process, and there will be obvious retching. Nausea, retching process will affect the examination effect, for early lesions, detailed observation is not possible. Therefore, as long as it can be tolerated, there is no obvious cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or there is no obvious infection, cough and other manifestations, it is generally recommended that painless gastroscopy.
