Pancreatitis back pain?

Pancreatitis may manifest as pain in the back, pain in the upper abdomen, tenderness in the upper left or upper right abdomen, with or without rebound pain. Auscultation of bowel sounds is weakened. CT of the upper abdomen can show changes in pancreatic morphology, pancreatic exudation, peripancreatic effusion, pseudocyst, etc. Blood amylase and blood lipase can increase by more than three times the upper limit of normal, and most can be diagnosed. After diagnosis, continuous gastrointestinal decompression tube should be applied under the guidance of doctor, oxygen inhalation, sedation, analgesia, prevention and anti-infection drugs, pancreatic enzyme secretion inhibition drugs, fluid replacement, water electrolyte balance maintenance drugs and symptomatic support treatment drugs should be given.
