Do you need curettage if the endometrium is 13mm thick?

Women's endometrial thickness changes with menstrual cycle, but the general thickness is between 5mm and 10 mm. The patient's current endometrial thickness is 13mm, which belongs to endometrial hyperplasia. If it does not affect menstruation, curettage is not required. But if it affects menstruation, curettage is required.
