The difference between milk disc and hard mass

Guiding you with care, every step of the way.
The main difference between a breast disc and a lump lies in the cause, location, function, and feel.
1. The cause
is a normal part of the breast, composed of breast tissue and fatty tissue, located in the center of the breast. The lump is usually caused by hyperplasia of the breast, breast cyst, breast fibroadenoma, or other breast diseases.
2. Location The
breast disc is located in the center of the breast, surrounding the nipple. The lump can appear anywhere in the breast, and may be located on the periphery or inside of the breast.
3.
The main function of the breast disc is to support and fix the nipple, and to provide structural support for the breast tissue. The lump itself has no normal physiological function, and may sometimes cause pain or discomfort.
4. The tactile
breast disc feels soft when touched, similar to the surrounding breast tissue. The lump feels hard and distinct from the surrounding breast tissue.
