Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is caused by insufficient blood supply of vertebral artery and basilar artery caused by compression of carotid artery due to stenosis of intervertebral space and loss of stability of cervical vertebra. At present, it can be relieved and cured by conservative treatment or surgery.
