How to heat refrigerated breast milk for your baby

Refrigerated breast milk can be heated together with milk storage bags. Use two bowls, one for refrigerated breast milk and one for water. The temperature should be controlled at about 40 degrees Celsius. Avoid thawing breast milk at normal temperature, because breast milk contains more protein and nutrients. A long thawing time at normal temperature will lead to deterioration of breast milk.
