There are four kinds of hematemesis diseases, as follows: 1. Acute gastric mucosal lesions, which are caused by acute stress and acute gastric mucosa extensive congestion, edema and oozing blood;2. Peptic ulcer, when the lesions involve muscularis, invade large blood vessels, rupture and hemorrhage of blood vessels;3. Gastric cancer, when advanced gastric cancer invades large blood vessels, the bleeding probability is very high;4. Portal hypertension caused by liver cirrhosis, esophageal gastric fundus venous reflux disorder and dilated hemorrhage.
