What is the right side of the sperm hydrocele?

Guiding you to a healthier path.
The right spermatic cord hydrocele may be related to abnormal development of spermatic sheath process, trauma, urinary system infection and other factors, as follows:
1. Abnormal spermatic sheath hydrocele
is also called spermatic cyst. The two ends of spermatic sheath process fail to close during development, forming abnormal cystic mass locally, which will cause spermatic cord hydrocele.
2. Trauma
causes spermatic cord hydrocele damage due to trauma, and fluid in spermatic cord flows into the sheath, thus forming spermatic cord hydrocele.
3. Urinary system infection
If the pathogen on the right epididymis causes local inflammatory fluid exudation and accumulates in spermatic cord hydrocele, it will also cause spermatic cord hydrocele.
