Male prostatitis can be divided into four types, namely type I, type II, type III, type IV.
Type 1, this
type is also known as acute bacterial prostatitis, can be manifested as sudden fever, bacterial culture test results are positive.
2, type II
This type is chronic bacterial prostatitis, manifested as recurrent lower urinary tract infection, usually no acute inflammatory reaction, bacterial culture results are positive.
3, type III
This type is chronic pelvic pain syndrome, belongs to the common type, usually bacterial culture results are negative, but repeated pain symptoms can occur.
