What is the difference between andrology and urology?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
For andrology and urology, there are differences and intersections. For more common urinary system infections, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, male infertility problems, you can see andrology and urology. Andrology is more focused on drug conditioning treatment, while urology focuses on surgery to treat some urogenital diseases. For example, a patient is treated in andrology due to infertility, and the examination shows that there is varicocele, so he has to be transferred to urology for spermatic vein ligation surgery. For some serious seminal vesicles or prostatitis patients, the need for seminal vesiculoscopy treatment should be seen urology, when the acute period after further conditioning, can be transferred to andrology outpatient drug conditioning treatment.
