Building a healthier future together.
Hematospermia may be caused by seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, prostate cancer and other reasons. Patients need targeted treatment according to the cause, as follows:
1. Patients with seminal vesiculitis
bacterial infection can be treated with cephalosporins, penicillins, quinolones and other antibiotics as prescribed; patients with tuberculosis infection can be treated with isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide and other anti-tuberculosis drugs as prescribed, which can promote inflammation regression and improve the condition.
2. Patients with prostatitis
can be treated with tamsulosin, levofloxacin, azithromycin and other drugs as prescribed, which can improve the condition and alleviate the symptoms of hematospermia.
3. Patients with prostate
cancer need to undergo surgery to remove the lesions in time to reduce the risk of recurrence and metastasis. After surgery, patients with prostate cancer need to be treated with methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, fluorouracil and other chemical drugs as prescribed, which can kill residual tumor cells and improve the condition.
