If the bladder is overfilled, causing detrusor fatigue and showing contractile weakness, it is recommended to indwell the catheter, intermittently clamp and train the bladder function. The catheter is indwelled for 2-4 weeks, during which one tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule can be taken orally once a day for one month, or domperidone tablets can be taken orally for 10mg three times a day for one month. After one month, the catheter is removed to observe whether the contractile strength of detrusor muscle is restored.
