What causes adult enuresis?

Enuresis occurs more often in children than in adults. It may be related to sleep factors, such as sleeping too deeply, or sleeping hard to wake up, bladder overfilling, and showing bedwetting. It may also be polyuria at night, insufficient secretion of antidiuretic hormone at night, urine concentration at night, or drinking too much water before bed, kidneys produce a lot of urine at night. It may also be abnormal bladder function, excessive excitation of detrusor muscle at night, physiological bladder capacity reduction, urine can not be stored, it will show enuresis. Very few are caused by developmental delay. It is recommended that adults who frequently show enuresis should go to the hospital to check the cause.
