What is the cause of prostatic fluid outflow after urination

Your well-being is my top priority.
After urinating, there may be a normal phenomenon of prostatic fluid outflow, which may also be related to prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis and other factors.
1. Normal phenomenon
Men will secrete a certain amount of prostatic fluid in their usual life, which may accumulate in the urethra or posterior urethra. If there is no sexual life for a long time or excessive force when going to the toilet, prostatic fluid may be discharged with urine.
2. Prostatitis
bacterial infection is the main cause of prostatitis. Inflammation stimulation will lead to prostatic congestion, swelling, and increased secretion of prostatitis, which can be discharged together with urine.
3. Seminal vesiculitis
is caused by retrograde infection. Due to inflammation stimulation, it will cause edema of prostate tissue, resulting in excessive secretion of prostatic fluid.
