What's wrong with microscopic hematuria?

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
The main causes of microscopic hematuria include drug factors, urethritis, acute glomerulonephritis, etc.
1. Drug factors
If the patient has anticoagulants, chemotherapy drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs, they need to be excreted through the kidney, which may damage part of the kidney tissue, resulting in blood and urine discharged at the same time, causing microscopic hematuria.
2. Urethritis
if suffering from urethritis is easy to stimulate the urethral mucosa, resulting in mucosal edema and congestion. Over time, the urethral mucosa will even be damaged, resulting in blood outflow, resulting in microscopic hematuria.
3. Acute glomerulonephritis
if suffering from acute glomerulonephritis will affect glomerular filtration function, causing red blood cells to leak into the urine, causing microscopic hematuria.
