Neonatal umbilical cord bleeding causes

Neonatal umbilical cord bleeding may be caused by the edge of diapers rubbing the stump of umbilical cord during wearing diapers, or it may be caused by umbilical inflammation induced by bathing water. Umbilical inflammation will be accompanied by redness and increased secretion. If there is no above symptoms, wipe off blood stains with dry cotton swab and disinfect with 75% alcohol.
