What to do if you cough?

Restoring health, restoring hope.
Cough can cause urinary incontinence by pelvic floor muscle exercise, regular urination, and electrical stimulation.
1. Patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise
can strengthen the contraction ability of pelvic floor muscles through pelvic floor muscle exercise, improve urinary control ability, and help reduce the frequency and severity of urinary incontinence.
2. Regular urination
can reduce urine accumulation in the bladder, keep the bladder empty, and help reduce the possibility of urine leakage.
3. Patients with electrical stimulation
can take inductive electrical stimulation, interference electrical stimulation, and transcutaneous electrical stimulation to cause contraction of sphincter and pelvic floor muscles and promote recovery.
