Prostate pain is mostly caused by prostate inflammation or hyperplasia, which can be manifested as pain and discomfort in the perineum, scrotum, urethra and other parts.
1. Perineum pain The
prostate is located at the bottom of the pelvis, close to the perineum, so prostate inflammation or hyperplasia and other lesions will lead to perineum pain, usually manifested as persistent dull pain or falling pain.
2. Scrotal pain The
prostate is adjacent to the scrotum, sometimes prostate inflammation or hyperplasia will cause pain in the scrotum, manifested as scrotal pain or radiation pain.
3. Urinary pain The
pain caused by prostate inflammation or hyperplasia may involve the urethra, causing pain in the urethra, usually manifested as tingling or burning pain when urinating.
