Postrenal oliguria or anuria

Postrenal oliguria or anuria, due to urinary tract obstruction, need to do bilateral kidney, ureter, bladder B ultrasound, or CT examination to understand the cause. If it is caused by bilateral ureteral obstruction, treatment is required according to the cause. If it is caused by urethral obstruction, most cases are seen in elderly men with prostatic hypertrophy or urethral stricture, and urination is difficult. Active treatment is required for the primary cause.
