Kidney disease can be good

Whether kidney disease can be cured mainly depends on the specific causes of kidney disease. The most common primary kidney diseases are membranous kidney disease and IgA nephritis. Membranous kidney disease can generally be cured after about 2 years of immunosuppressive treatment, and 1/3 of IgA nephritis patients can be cured.

If it is minimal change glomerulonephritis, the patient can also be cured in about a year. Other pathological types are more difficult to treat. If secondary kidney disease is diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy, purpura nephritis, etc., treatment is more difficult, and they are all secondary manifestations of chronic diseases, which will gradually deteriorate as the disease progresses, and eventually enter the uremic stage of chronic renal failure. Hemodialysis treatment is required and generally cannot be cured.
