Tang screen 21 trisomy approaching risk, what to do

Trisomy 21 near risk represents a range between high and low risk for Down syndrome. Near risk for Down syndrome has the possibility of Down syndrome, but the probability is not very high. Noninvasive DNA testing or amniocentesis is recommended for further evaluation. If significant abnormalities do exist, termination of pregnancy is required.
