What kind of bed wetting?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Bedwetting is a form of urinary incontinence that requires urology. There are four types of incontinence: true incontinence, urge incontinence, stress incontinence and fullness incontinence. In either case, urine routine, color Doppler ultrasound, urodynamics and other corresponding examinations are needed to make a clear diagnosis, and then targeted treatment is carried out. For example, true urinary incontinence is mostly caused by nerve injury or iatrogenic injury of urethral sphincter. Nutritional nerve treatment for nerve injury is needed, or artificial urethral sphincter is installed. For example, stress urinary incontinence is mainly caused by decreased urethral tension. Treatment with oral M-blockers or mid-urethral suspension is required.
