How to distinguish cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage

Clinically, many symptoms of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage are similar. If you want to distinguish them, you can check head CT. Head CT can find high density shadow indicating cerebral hemorrhage. If there is no high density shadow, it is high infarction. Cerebral hemorrhage is generally sudden onset. Cerebral infarction is generally onset during sleep.
