How to distinguish the severity of prostatitis

Your well-being is my top priority.
The severity of prostatitis can be distinguished by clinical symptoms, B-ultrasound examination, prostatic fluid examination, etc. The specific analysis is as follows:
1. Clinical symptoms
If the patient only has mild perineal discomfort, frequent urination, urgency and other symptoms, then the condition is mild; if the patient has pelvic region pain, fever, chills, urethral secretions and other symptoms, then the condition is severe.
2. B-ultrasound examination
If in B-ultrasound examination, prostate enlargement is not obvious, no calcification spots exist, then the condition is mild; if in B-ultrasound examination, prostate enlargement is obvious, and there are calcification spots, then the condition is severe.
3. Prostatic fluid examination
If in prostatic fluid examination, white blood cells are slightly increased, lecithin body number is slightly reduced, indicating that the condition is mild; if in prostatic fluid examination, white blood cell index is significantly increased, and lecithin body number is less than 50% of normal value, then the condition is severe.
