Sperm agglutination is usually caused
by the presence of anti-sperm antibodies in male blood or seminal plasma and female serum or cervical mucus. It is mostly related to pathogen infection, physiological barrier destruction, abnormal immune response and other factors. It can affect the normal function of sperm, making it unable to penetrate cervical mucus or reduce sperm survival rate, thus reducing the probability of conception, even fetal abortion, infertility and so on.
