Abdominal lymph nodes in 7-year-old children, the largest of which is 15 x 6 mm, are not considered serious disease. It may be caused by mesenteric lymphadenitis. Clinically, antibiotics and systemic supportive therapy are mainly used. If the patient has symptoms of local abscess, drainage surgery is also required.
