How to treat Meniere's disease

The pathogenesis of menile disease is unknown and cannot be completely cured at present. The treatment is mainly to improve symptoms. Diazepam, diphenhydramine and other drugs can be used to control vertigo symptoms. Patients with nausea and vomiting symptoms can be relieved by anticholinergic drugs such as scopolamine, and surgery can be considered if necessary.
