How to determine urethral mucosal injury

Urethral mucosa injury can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, imaging examination, urine routine examination, etc.

1. Clinical manifestations

If the patient has urethral meatus pain, tingling, dysuria and other symptoms, it can be preliminarily judged as urethral mucosa injury.

2. Imaging examination

If the patient has X-ray urethrography, ultrasound and other imaging examinations, it can be further judged as urethral mucosa injury.

3. Urine routine examination

If the patient has red blood cells in urine through urine routine examination, it can be judged as urethral mucosa injury.
