If the intrahepatic bile duct stones are small and not accompanied by obvious symptoms, non-surgical treatment can be taken and regular follow-up observation can be made. If the extrahepatic bile duct stones need surgical treatment as soon as possible, common surgical methods include minimally invasive common bile duct lithotomy and ERCP lithotomy.
